One expected outcome is to clarify and deepen each student’s understanding of the general concept of worldview, providing a framework from which the student can construct and articulate his or her own worldview. Within business policy and strategy, emphasis is placed on teaching the concept of worldview, and emphasizing the nature of worldview to affect decisions one makes. Ultimately those decisions affect our relationships, the organizations where we work, our careers, and our very lives. Recognizing that the formation of a worldview is a process, through instructional emphasis students are made more conscious of the implications of their worldview and are directed to

a. Recognize they have a personal worldview

b. Articulate essential aspects of the christian worldview

c. Articulate how their own worldview is the same as, similar to, or different from essential aspects of the biblical worldview

d. Evaluate the implications of their own worldview for their careers and relationships through your writing on this task, you should identify and demonstrate understanding of how your worldview affects your attitudes and relationships including how you view reality, what you accept as knowledge and truth, your ethics and morality in relationships and in the workplace, 1. What is ultimate reality? 2. What is the nature of the world? Is it orderly or chaotic, intelligible or absurd, good or evil (or something else), eternal or finite? 3. What is the nature of human beings? Are we good or evil or amoral? 4. What is the source of the problem or problems we face? 5. What is the solution to the problem problems we face?
