1. Disaster planning is a key arda of responsibility for Government, with one of the most significant risks identified on the UK risk register being that of a pandemic. Given the current worldwide situation relating to Coronavirus critically assess and reflect on the level of preparedness by the UK Government and the response with which the pandemic has been met. Critically reflect on issues to be addressed within the recovery phase and consider measures which you feel will be important in moving the UK back to some level of normality. (30 marks)
