1- Do you Agree with this statement? why or why not

When it comes to teamwork and how well people come together to form a cohesive group all depends on the relationship and trust amongst the teammates. When a trust is formed within the team individuals can work hard and focus on their aspect of the assignments to become master at their craft. Furthermore, they can work at a sense of ease knowing that their teammates are covering other aspects of the project and working just as hard as them. Then, after preliminary work has been established, this is when feedback and suggestions from other colleagues can come into play and set up for success down the road. Not only is individualism but also collectivism important to having a successful team. It is only reasonable to break up the work to individuals and then regroup as if everyone had to do everything on a project or task this would be impossible as the timing constraints would not work out.

Do you Agree with this statement? why or why not

As a leader of a team my plan for setting a solid foundation in regards to trusts is leading by example and providing proper incentives to those that follow my lead. I believe trusts is typically trust is built in moments of vulnerability. By showing my team that my interest and focus are to be open and honest with my team I believe they would follow suit and understand that trust is a valued attribute amongst the team. If a team is unable to trust their leader it would be much more difficult to trust their team members so my goal would be to cultivate a level of trusts between me and the members first. If the team as a whole is able to trust me as their leader they will be willing to commit to the goals I set and a commitment to a shared goal will also cultivate a climate of trust. Once that initial level of trust is built I would encourage the behavior with public and private praise and incentives.
