1.Breastfeeding mothers secrete calcium in their milk. Some of this calcium may come from their bones, resulting in bone mineral loss.
Researchers measured the spine mineral content of 47 women in week 38 of their pregnancies. All mothers were able to initiate and maintain exclusive breast feeding.
The women's spine mineral content was assessed when their infants were 3 months old, and the measurements were converted into percent change. A negative percent indicates a loss of bone mineral content.
I could not attach the excel file so i just copied and pasted the data down below.

1.1Create a box plot for these data and paste it.
1.2 Use the boxplot to assess the data for the presence of outliers and for symmetry. Explain
how you got the answer. the normal quantile plot for these data and paste it. Also carry out a Shapiro-Wilk test.
1.3 What do the normal quantile plot and Shapiro-Wilk tell us about the distribution of the spine mineral content loss values for a population of mothers who have exclusively breastfed
for the rst 3 months of their babies' lives? Explain how you got the answer
1.4 Based on your answers to questions 1.2 and 1.3, explain how we know that the sampling distribution of the average percent loss is approximately normal curve
1.5Find a 95% condence interval for the population mean percent spine mineral loss for
mothers who have exclusively breastfed for the rst 3 months of their babies' lives.
Show details. (You do not have to calculate the condence interval from rst principles.)
1.6how to summarize thiese sentence interpreting the condence interval.
Explain how this interval conrms that these mothers are really losing minerals from their
spines
