Ethical Leadership Ethical Leadership is one of the most important (if not the most important) qualities of police leaders. Ethical leadership requires and assumes that the leader already possess ethical qualities and makes ethical decisions. This topic is actually a full course and deservingly so, as it is an important topic. Employees respect leaders who practice what they require. Leaders have an ethical responsibility to themselves, their organization, the police profession, and to their employees, to practice and display ethics. Describe some ways within a two paragraph response, in which police chiefs and other police leaders can lead by example. Provide some examples. Why is this important?
