1.Role play (3 students) approx. 5 minutes

Consider you are a manager (first student) of two staff members (second and third student). Create a scenario where the two staff members have a conflict over a cross-cultural and/or diversity issue. Use an example from your own work or team experiences. Role play the incident including the conflict between staff, manager and staff conflict resolution actions, make performance appraisals and identify any follow up actions.Assessment by observation.
