2) Should the United States adopt mandatory works councils? Why or why not? Many countries in Europe adopt mandatory councils because it is work for them. The council man goal is to resolved conflict between the management and the employees. The council act like a bridge between the labor and the management. All issues in the company are resolve in a proper manner. It can bargain to increase the wages when the labor market is strong. I believe that it will be great for the US to adopt mandatory works councils
