4 - 3: Performing Sales Pricing Maintenance In this step you will update the base pricing for the inventory items to agree to the Current Price List found in the SUA. It is crucial that companies maintain updated master files for use in their transaction processing. As such, we will perform some maintenance to inventory pricing that we did not have to do in the SUA. You will need your Price List from the SUA for these steps. 1. Navigate to Lists > Accounting > Items. Click Customize View. Then click Edit View so that the fields display. (These instructions require some intuition on your part.) If the Base Price and Average Cost fields do not display, then Add them. You can also reorder the fields by moving up or down so that it will be easier to review them. Click Save
