2. Propose two suitable employment tests for the screened candidates. Explain the justifications of your proposed tests as well as validity, reliability, and legal implications of using them. .
3. In addition to other employment tests (proposed in question 2), you have decided that you will use structured employment interview to assess the applicants' suitability for the job.Identify one key skills/competencies of the job candidates (should be drawn from the job ad) and then prepare two structured interview questions: one situational question with probesandone behavioural description question with probes. Also, prepare the scoring guides for both the questions to assess candidate responses.
