You are developing a computer program to assist people in learning the rules of good driving. The following rules must be captured in the application:

1. If you approach the traffic light and a traffic police directs you to stop, you must STOP.

2. If you approach the traffic light and the light is green, you simply proceed.

3. If you approach the traffic light and the light is yellow, you should proceed with caution.

4. In all other cases, you must proceed with caution.
