A forced - circulation triple - effect evaporator is fed 6 0 , 0 0 0 lb / h ( 2 7 , 2 1

A forced-circulation triple-effect evaporator is fed 60,000 lb/h (27,215 kg/h) of a 10% caustic soda solution at a temperature of 180\deg F (82.2\deg C). The concentrated solution will contain 50% NaOH. Saturated water vapor at 50 lbf/in^2(3.43 atm) abs is used as the heating vapor, and the condensation temperature of the vapor from the third effect will be 100\deg F (37.8\deg C). The order of the effects is II, III, I. Radiation and condensate subcooling are negligible. The overall coefficients corrected for boiling point elevation are given in Table 16.2. Calculate (a) the heating surface required for each effect, assuming that the surfaces are the same for all effects.
The expected result is a) Area per effect: 719 ft^2(66.8 m^2). But I need to test it with the procedure, that is, do the calculations to obtain it. I need your help. Please and thank you in advances are the same for all effects.
