P1s processes sequence is M3, M4, and M5.
P2s processes sequence is M3, and M4.
P3s processes sequence is M1, M2, and M4.
P4s processes sequence is M1, M3, M4, and M5.
P5s processes sequence is M1 and M2.
Now the plant would apply group technology to manufacture these parts. By Rank Order Clustering (ROC) Algorithm, a series diagonal blocks (left upper and right down) will be formed.
