The data consisted of selling price of house in dollars, square footage of the house, year built, number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms, and land size. These data are in the excel file titled "house sell price determinants".

a) Construct a scatterplot for your data, how would you describe the relationship between the two variables?

b) Compute the correlation coefficient between the two variables assigned. Indicate what the correlation coefficient measures.

c) Compute the simple linear regression equation (y=selling price of a house and your assigned variable) based on the sample data. Interpret the regression coefficients.

d) Based on the data and your results, what percentage of the total variation in the dependent variable (y=selling price of a house) can be explained by the independent variable you are assigned?

e) Test the significance of the overall regression model using a significance level of 0.05.

f) Conduct a hypothesis test to determine whether the true regression slope coefficient is equal to zero. Test using significance level of 0.05.
