ABC Incorporate is a small engineering company that has been operational since 1989. In January of 2020, the company hired a consultant to look at their company and recommend areas for improvement. Requirements: The customer wishes to upgrade the existing systems from Windows XP (which has been used to connect some of the computers in a peer-to-peer network using an Ethernet hub) to Windows 10 (mainly for stability and security purposes). Below is a list of specific requirements All current workstations should be replaced to meet the following requirements: AutoCAD 2020. Civil 3D 2020. Revit 2020, 3DS Max 2020, Office 2020, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Dreamweaver Windows 10 Operating system with latest release New machine to be used as a file and database server Large MFC Color Printer that's accessible by all workstation New Office Workstations Purchase 15 additional client computers running Windows 10 and meet the software requirement noted above Notes: The staff at ABC Inc. works with large files and requires a sufficient GPU to handle the video processing. All machine must have internet connectivity and users must be able to print from all workstations. Q5: The customer would like the entire operation to be connected to the Internet and deploy a web site. In particular, they would like to have Internet connectivity on all stations to allow for web browsing and e-mail access (web and e-mail services will be hosted by an ISP). Q6: The customer wants to create VMs (Virtual Machines) for its DNS server, DHCP server, File server, remote access server, and a database server on a single physical computer.
