As a member of the HRIS team, develop a policy for supporting employees' use of their own personal device in the organization. Teams should consider policy issues such as which types of devices will be supported, security risks, reimbursement policies (e.g., will your organization provide money to employees to support their purchase?), and privacy concerns (e.g., does the organization have the right to view ALL information on the device or only that related to work?).
