Although I think in theory the practicality of a transnational organization makes sense, the execution will likely be a challenge. Different countries and foreign governments operate so uniquely from each other I think the effectiveness of this type of organization would struggle considerably. I think the international community will have issues finding common ground due to differences in social, political, and economic structure
