Just as explorers use a compass to ensure they move in the right direction, ECE professionals use the foundational documents and standards to ensure they follow the correct course. Use the self-assessment titled "Reflective Self-Assessment," which can be found in this module, to determine your ethical compass.

Share your self-assessment results in your initial post. For each area, be sure to state the value, Ideal, or principle that you are referring to and support why you think you are strong or weak in each one. From the self-assessment, develop three professional goals to improve your ethical conduct.
