Based on this week's reading and video, create a small slide deck that responds to the following questions:

Slide $2$: What strategic and motivational benefits do aspirations provide to organizations? Explain the head and heart framework in your answer: Don't overload your slides with too many words. Instead, use the head and heart graphic provided in this week's course slide deck on your slide, and supplement with a few words. For longer explanations: use the notes section.

Slide $3$: It has been said that writing a mission statement is easy. Creating a shared sense of mission, a shared vision, and a shared set of values that guide employee$$s behavior is hard. Based on this module's course material: What are some of the things managers can do to achieve employee buy$-$in$?$

Application to the Veja case:

Slide $4$: Create a slide that places Veja's mission, vision, and values from the point of view of stakeholders on the head and heart framework provided in the course slide deck. Do Veja's mission, vision and values appeal primarily to stakeholders heads, hearts, or both?

Slide $5$: What evidence does the case provide that the Veja founders actually $$walk the talk$$ that their mission, vision, and values statements are not just greenwashing? $($Greenwashing $=$ words said for public relations purposes that are not consistent with the actual actions of the firm.$)$ It is OK to use bullet points to summarize key evidence in the case, but it is better to use more professional slide layouts$/$graphics $($use the Designer function in current versions of PowerPoint for alternative layouts to boring bullet point slides$).$
