After ten years work experience in the accommodation industry you have been employed in a variety of roles and had several promotions. You have just accepted your dream position as General Manager of two resorts 'Waiheke Resort' which is a three star property and 'Waiheke Resort Bliss" a five star property.

Auckland has been named by Lonely Planet as the best place to travel in 2022.

The resort is under new ownership, and you have been the given the tasks from the owners of the resort to improve both resorts into profitable and sustainable resorts.

In the past few years, the resorts have been poorly managed and as a result they have had low occupancy rates. The "Waiheke Resort Bliss" is located in a prime position overlooking Onetangi beach and the rooms have been beautifully renovated in "Hamptons" style. The Waiheke Resort is an older property and is a few blocks back from Oneroa with limited views of the sea but close to Oneroa shops and walking distance to beach.
