The product/business team has identified a need for a new feature that will allow consumers on iMessage to select an existing message bubble and send a reply to that message bubble. You are assigned as the Program Manager for this rollout. Assume the project is 3-6 months long and start from requirements gathering and end in Production go-live. Make any assumptions as needed. With this background, prepare the following deliverables.

question : An Executive status report presentation in keynote. The audience for this presentation would be senior management, product/business teams, and other cross functional teams. In the keynote, provide a background to folks who may not be too familiar with the project. e.g. mention why we might be doing this project and intended benefits. There will be bonus points for including feature wireframes, team composition, and future roadmap.
