The main reason I am having trouble with this is know what data I need to get from the annual report to fill in the table.

You can use any company from the internet but i have been looking at this https://www.caltex.com.au/our-company/investor-centre/annual-reports-and-reviews

You can get 3 years of reports but i'm not sure what data to use from the reports

You can use one from an organisation with which you are familiar or one which is freely available on the internet (company's website) or from ASIC or ASX.
