BELFASSESSRIENT PORTFOLIO RUBRIC Self-assessment is a very important step in the process of professional development. Therefore, you should spend some time completing the Personal Inventory Assessments each week (There are over 40 of them you only need to complete (at least) 18, which is 3 per week your choice on which assessments to take). At the end of the semester. you should turn in a portfolio that includes all of your results from the assessments (this means that when you take them. you'll need to record them***Screen shots are a nice way to go. but certainly not required). For each self-assessment you should write approximately two to three paragraphs about what you learned, how you can improve, and what the self assessment results mean for you in your current or future career. After you have completed all or most of the self-assessments, you should write up a conclusion about your skills and personality (what have you learned, what are our strengthsfwealmesses, what can you do to improve, what is the importance of having these skills within the context of management. and anything else you feel is interesting to you on this topic). This write up should be approximately five pages in length (but that is neither a minimum nor a maximum). You may want to seek outside resources (like what types of personalities or skills are needed for your career} for your conclusions or your write-ups. This is not required, but is recommended. So. here's what you'll be turning in: Part 1: Results and short (2-3 paragraph) write-up for each assessment. and Part 2: Aonroximatelv 5 page overall write-up. Part 2: Approximately 5 page overall write-up.
