This assignment contains question that is set in English. 2. Answer in English. 3. Learners are to submit assignment only in MsWord (.docx) format unless specified otherwise. Please refrain from converting text / phrases into picture format such as .gif / .jpeg / print screen / etc. 4. Download the language version of the assignment template concerned from the myVLE for preparation and submission of your assignment. Your assignment should be typed using 12 point Times New Roman font and 1.5 line spacing. 5. Your assignment should be between 3,000 to 5,000 words excluding references. The number of words should be shown at the end of your assignment. Do not copy the assignment question and instructions to your answer. 6. Propose actions to improve and enhance the ethical environment of the organisation. REQUIREMENT In order to perform the assignment tasks, you have to search and select relevant journal articles and books for your reference, and select a suitable organisation that you know of or are familiar with to carry out your study. You can get information about the organisation either on the basis of your observation and / or interview with the relevant staff and / or based on the written reports or magazine / newspaper articles about the organisation. LITERATURE REVIEW Eight (8) journal articles / books on business ethics and corporate social responsibilty (CSR). Identify and discuss the business ethical issues and dilemmas faced by managers today. Write arguments for and against the concept of corporate social responsiblity (CSR) for organisations. 2. ANALYSIS ETHICAL, UNETHICAL AND CSR PRACTICES IN THE SELCTED ORGANISATION Background of the organisation - private / public sector; types of products / services; and employment size (No need to give the name and adress of the company / organisation). Description of ethical and unethical practices with justifications or evidences. Consequences of ethical and unethical practices on the organisation / company and its stakeholders.
