This study was conducted to gain a deeper and fuller understanding of the current fitness-related
needs of Bounce Fitness Brisbane’s existing and potential new markets for 2023. As such, the
information collected below was gathered using information from Bounce Fitness Brisbane’s centre
records, a detailed survey specifically targeted towards its regular customers, online statistics and a
detailed survey targeted towards people within the community. Survey forms were handed out
during the centres typical business hours for its patrons to fill out and answer after they worked out.
A total of 300 surveys were also completed by people within the community on various occasions
and locations within a 15km radius of the Bounce Fitness centre.

their children as a reason why they are unable to attend the fitness centre

would attend virtual trainer led group classes

understanding of correct nutrition and diet for overall health and wellbeing.

▪ Approximately 25% of the people over 45 who expressed interest in joining
the centre also said that they would like to attend classes specifically for
middle aged and older people.

complete classes from their home
