In two consecutive years, Hlaoleng was given the smallest share on profits the reason being she did not have a contribution by money, but the sharing ratio was not stipulated. Hlaoleng started making sales on the side and never told other partners about the profits she made there. She now owes the rent on that side job, so the landlord is suing the partnership.
