Case Study Simulation Scenarios for Role Play

One group will be divided into two teams The two teams (from the same group) will be given one project-related scenario of public consultation meeting. One team will represent the project team and the other concerned stakeholders.The concerned stakeholder team will oppose the project work on different grounds, or will have some concerns as outlined in the scenario. The project team will discuss, convince and reach an agreement with the concerned stakeholder team.

RUBRIC:

The teams will be required to discuss for 20 minutes (recorded on video) and reach a win-win agreement. The video alongside PPT will be presented in-class, and feedback comment, questions and answers will follow from other groups (Marks-100)

• Statement of roles- Each team, their side- (Marks-10)
• The consultation must address each others' concerns in a positive manner; (Marks-20)
• The discussion must be in a mutually respectful environment-(Marks-10)
• Appreciate each other's position and come out with a reasonable and mutually acceptable solution (Marks-20)
