Economic Development is all levels of government face rapidly changing economic conditions and technology, thus requiring governments to engage in economic development. This level of system change necessitates a host of considerations prior to considering any level of innovative change. As a public health practitioner, you may play a role in making policy recommendations. What role will a local health official play? As a leader are there any level of management skills needed in engaging various sectors? What level of impact will this pose to an urban community versus a suburban or rural area? Can economic development play a role in improving overall wellbeing of a community or hinder? Please explain and illustrate the systems that will need to collaborate to address an innovative initiative within a select community of your choice. You may choose a public health topic of interest and construct a causal loop diagram to show the complexity of the issue.
