Nonprofit organizations are established to support a particular mission or cause. Please read the Top 10 Highest Paid CEOs at Nonprofits 2021, which highlights compensation for CEOs at various non-profit organizations. Answers the following:

• How do you think these salaries were calculated and based on what factors?
  • In other words, if we think about the value chain of a typical non-for-profit, how do we measure a CEOs salary and compensation package?
