It can be something we have talked about in class, or another issue you choose. Current challenges such as the COVID virus can have an unprecedented impact on organizations and sectors across the globe. While we cannot always predict the long-term impact, we need to look ahead at what is needed from leaders in various industries to respond to these and other challenges.

Select a company/organization to review. You can select a company within your major field or of interest to you. (You may also select an "industry trend" of focus, but must use specific organizations as examples within your discussion. This approach must be approved by your instructor.) You are not required to currently work within the organization - this review may come from an outside perspective and apply public information such as websites, media coverage, social media and/or your own experience as a customer or stakeholder.
