Construction of four dormitories with $48$ capacity each $($two for male and two for females$)$ project aimed to reduce accommodation challenges at Waama Bible College located in Mbulu District of Manyara Region, Tanzania.

TASKS:

$1.$ Provide a description of the project, its purpose, its products or service, its size, scale and location, Budget, Sponsors $($Norwegian Lutheran Mission & Lutheran Church Missouri Synod$)$ and time frame $($January $2025$ to December $2027).$

$2.$ Using the Australian and New Zealand Environment and Conservation Council $($ANZECC$)$ screening criteria given to you in class, screen the proposed project for Environmental and Social Impact Assessment.

$3.$ Develop Terms of Reference $($ToR$)$ for the Environmental and Social Impact Assessment study.

$4.$ Analyze the applicable policy, legal and regulatory framework for the Environmental and Social Impact Assessment for the project.

$5.$ Using the Graded Leopold Matrix, identify and analyze the potential biophysical, socio$-$cultural and socio$-$economic impacts of the project. Further, identify and analyze the community groups that will be affected by the proposal and how they will be affected.

$6.$ Based on your analysis above, provide a recommendation whether the project should go ahead or not.

$$ Structure your Environmental and Social Impact Assessment report along the following general lines: Introduction, Main Body, Conclusions and Recommendation.
