Copyright law protects the creator of his or her creative work as long as that creative work is tangible. Carefully go through the following scenarios, and critically evaluate whether the following activities are (under copyright law) allowed or not. Justify them with proper theory/provision of law

You are a web designer who work at ABC Creative Solutions Ltd. You have been asked to design the main page of a new web site. You have downloaded a few pictures from Google and used them in the new web site.

You are a student, and you have been asked to do a presentation about wildlife in the classroom. You have used some photographs for your presentation without getting permission from the owner.

You are asked to present on the Himalayas. You realized that you have an extremely short time to prepare the presentation. At your wits end, you quickly download a few images of the Himalayas found in Nepal. If you are presenting in front of students online (one of the Zoom session) that have login credentials, can you safely carry out that presentation without worry of breaching copyright?

Photographer Art Rogers shot a photograph of a couple holding a line of puppies in a row and sold it for use in greeting cards and similar products. Internationally, renowned artist Jeff Koons in the process of creating an exhibit on the banality of everyday items, ran across Rodgers' photograph and used it to create a set of statues based on the image. Koons sold several of these structures, making a significant profit. Upon discovering the copy, Rodgerssued Koons for copyright. Koonsresponded by claiming fair use by parody.
