Paper responding to the following question:

"Should all attorneys be required to provide pro bono defense for indigents? Would such activities improve the image of the bar? Would such activities be in the best interests of the defendants? Please be very specific and provide relevant examples.

Explain how each system calls witnesses and questions them. Explain whether you would rather face trial in the adversary system or the inquisitional system and why as well as your willingness to have the judge search the evidence in support of a verdict.
