Create a sign up page using asp.net (linq to sql) database and then using same credential to login .After successfully login user can home page and in home page he/she will see their name which you have added in signup page. Note:- You are required to check constrains e.g system should not allow two same usernames.

Bonus marks;- If someone can do like if a user attempts 3 failure in login system should show pop up message to display sorry you are blocked and should not allow him to do more attempts for 30 mints.
