sequential circuit, with a control input x to specify the Z$-$direction. It should be for x $=1$ the number sequence $0-1-2-3($forward counting$)$

and for x $=0,$ the sequence of numbers $3-2-1-0($counting backwards$)$ are displayed cyclically.
