• The share a coke campaign are personalized coke bottles which replaced the traditional "Coca Cola" logo with the phrase "Share a coke with" and names chosen from a list of 1000 of the most popular names in America
• This lead consumers to purchase bottles with names of their friends or family members as gifts. They have now also created an online store where customers can personalize their coke bottles with specific names.
• Coca Cola also encouraged purchasers to post photos of their coke bottles using the hashtag #shareacokewith
• This campaign is an example of persuasive advertising as it persuades customers to purchase now and builds a brand community
• Since Coca Cola was already a well established brand, this created customer engagement for the product
