Do you think, in today's global environment, that agreements such as the BWC and CWC face challenges in implementation and enforcement? And is there a need to have greater international cooperation for these to be effective? With technological advances is there need to create some type of agreement in the global community to address that is similar to the CWC/BWC? Or is technology evolving too quickly to address effectively? I would be curious on your thoughts to one or two of these questions to continue the conversation this week
