Draft the document(s) to set up a business as a corporation, s corporation, partnership, limited liability company or limited liability partnership. You don't have to actually file them, just draft the forms for a business. You can find many of the forms on the Minnesota Secretary of State's Office web site. You might also try searching some other sites also. There are some others that have forms also, but don't pay to have someone else draft the forms. There are a lot of sites on the internet that will do the drafting for a fee.
