Each unit, students will identify two key ideas from the Szypszak and/or Svara texts and discuss them in relation to specific sources provided in the module. The key ideas must be from two different chapter readings, and in the weeks where readings from both textbooks are assigned, must represent each text. For each key idea, students will identify the key idea, explain why it is significant to public administration law or ethics, and apply the ideas practically through referencing content from the selected sources identified in the module?

Utilize content from U.S. or State government websites; the Federal Acquisition RegulationLinks to an external site. (FAR), U.S. General Services AdministrationLinks to an external site., U.S. Merit Systems Protections BoardLinks to an external site., U.S. Office of Personnel ManagementLinks to an external site. (OPM), and/or any state government sponsored website in relation to the practical discussion of the two selected key ideas.

3. Discuss how each key idea practically applies to public administration law and/or ethics through referencing content on government websites that highlight the key idea.
