You back out of your parking spot in the morning only to discover there appears to be a pool of fresh oil where your car was parked. a. For this scenario, complete the 8D form. Complete at least three sections of the Is/Is Not form to better describe the problem (i.e., What Product, What Defect or Problem, Where on Product, etc.). Additionally, utilize at least one other tool described in class (5-why, fishbone, etc.) to address the problem. b. You have the expertise to solve these problems- feel free to use Google and/or other resources, and make assumptions when you need them. Also, if you'd like to work with 1-2 other students on this problem feel free to do so (but each team member should hand in a printed copy of his/her work so it's easier for the grader to keep track of)
