Scenario Design a database to keep track of information for a hospital in AMMAN. Assume that the following requirements were collected: Many patients get admitted in a hospital. Each patient has a name, SSN(unique), age, address and name of the insurance provider. We also need to keep track of the date each patient gets admitted and gets checked out. Many doctors work in a hospital, each doctor has a name, doctor's SSN (unique), address and specialization. In some cases, Doctor can supervise other Doctors and each doctor is supervised by only one doctor Doctors can see one or more patients and recommend some tests. Each test is performed and associated by only one doctor and each doctor issue many tests. Thus each patient has one or many tests, and each test is associated with only one patient. Each test has a test ID (unique), name of the test, and outcome of the results which can hold different results for different tests. We also need to keep track of the date and time each test is performed. The Hospital, has the following attributes, ID, Name, Address (City, Street, Building), Phone numbers
