Download the kc house sales.csv file from eCampus. That file contains information on house sales in King County, Washington, from May 2014 to May 2015. Load it in R using the read.csv() function, and store the data in a data frame named houses.

(i) What is the mean house price? (ii) What is the median house price? (iii) What were lowest and highest prices of any house?

I only need 4,5,6,7 answered. (iv) How many unique zip codes appear in the sample?

(v) Plot a histogram of the sqft above variable.

(vi) Do any houses appear more than once in the sample? How many?

(vii) How many houses in the sample were renovated?
