For this assignment, you will be closing the purchase of the newly constructed home and transitioning to the operation/occupation phase. Your response should focus on two levels:

1. The turnover of the house and documentation.
2. An analysis of the processes used in constructing the house. Identify processes that worked well and that can be used in building future homes as well as those that need to be improved. List anything else that you might do to improve the process.
