From my point of view and as I mentioned to one of my colleagues the 360-degree review has positive and negative effects. So business operations improvement may slow down because of the negative effects of performance appraisal. For instance, some data collected may be biased or misleading (Momentum.co.nz, 2015). As a result, the management will make wrong conclusions from the evaluation.
