NEW POLICY FOR REPLACEMENT STUDENTIDENTIFICATION CARDS

Due to recent issues with the abuse of student identification $($ID$)$ cards, Campus Security has issued a new policy for acquiring replacement student identificatio The following conditions must be met for students to receive a replacement student ID card:

Student is currently enrolled in at least one class; the class may be either online or on campus.

Student must have been issued a student ID card within the last five years.

Student must apply for a replacement ID card in person at the Student Admissions Office. Online applications will no longer be accepted.

Students will be required to pay a $$25$ fee for each replacement ID card. Fee may not be charged to the student's account.
