1)Draw the hierarchy and in the legend briefly define the goal, the 3 criteria and the 2 alternatives you consider more important

2)Using pairwise comparison you will prioritize the criteria, what is more important criteria 1 or criteria 2?

3) add a footnote or endnote to indicate that normally this should be done for all comparison matrices

4)Prioritize the alternatives with respect to each criterion ( For ex: With respect to criterion 1 which is a better alternative A or B?)

5) Synthesize and obtain the overall best alternative

-Do not perform sensitivity analysis but add a footnote or endnote explaining that normally this would need to be done in AHP analysis.
