Hampton University is keen to better understand if their student complaints procedures are satisfactory. They have examined the impact of Procedural Justice, Distributive Justice and InteractionalJustice on Satisfaction with the complaints process.

Distributive justice (JTD_1)is conceptualized as the fairness associated with decision outcomes and distribution of resources. i.e. everyone's needs is accounted for in the outcomes.

Procedural justice (JTP_1) is defined as the fairness of the processes that lead to outcomes. i.e. the processes are fair.

Interactional justice (JTI_1) refers to the treatment that an individual receives as decisions are made and can be promoted by providing explanations for decisions and delivering the news with sensitivity and respect. i.e. people are treated fairly by the staff managing the complaints.

The following is the results of a regression analysis between the three forms of justice (independent variables) and satisfaction (dependent) with the conflict resolution process. All measures were measured on a 7 point scale with 1=Strongly Disagree and 7=Strongly Agree. Positive statements were used throughout to measure all three justice dimensions and satisfaction (e.g. In dealing with my problem, Hampton University's personnel would treat me in a courteous manner; Although an event would cause me problems, Hamptons University's effort to fix it would result in a positive outcome for me; I am satisfied with the process).

You do not need to report the findings, but simply provide 5 correct statements about what the tables are telling you. Remember, non-significant p-values are also findings that should be acknowledged.
