Harry goes on a business trip trying to sell his dressers to Missouri.   While there, he sees a Cardinals/Dodger game, but gets in a fight in the stadium.     He punches a Cardinal fan who said "Dodgers suck".     He then gets in his car, and while upset, does not notice and runs through a red light and strikes a pedestrian who is not in a crosswalk.    He says he was driving safely.      He is sued for "negligence" by the driver of the car, and served at his house in Costa Mesa, California and summoned to appear in the St. Louis, Missouri court.    He reads the Nicastro case and decides to ignore the summons.
