Task 1: CITIZENSHIP OF FACTORY OWNERS/MANAGERS. use the five stage model to evaluate the global corporate citizenship of Factory owners/managers (e.g., New Wave Style, and their representatives, i.e., BGMEA). Consider each of the dimensions separately (e.g., Citizenship Content, Strategic Intent, Leadership, Structure, Issues Management, etc.).
