Hello, I need to make two charts/graphs in Excel that effectively display the correlation with the following variables:

1.Advertising expense and profit

2.College student population and profit

(I put the store numbers in but do not think you need them, not sure and pasted the data as Course Hero would not let me upload Excel or Word documents. I'm really sorry for the hassle I tried uploading multiple kinds of documents and the site said they were all not supported. The number of the store is the small number, the profit is the data with $ sign on it and the other numerical data is the corresponding advertising expense. They are in order.)

Please make the graphs and send them. If you can in excel please so can modify it and see how was made. If you can also explain how to do them would be great but mainly need them done. I know the basics already. I tried but did not have much time. something with bin numbers or frequencies or something? Thank you!

We have to pick a color scheme and its for a pizza chain so we were talking about yellow and red or something along those lines if you wanted to incorporate those colors, but I can change the color as well myself.

Here is other data I have for it:

12. Give a descriptive title to each Table, Figure, Exhibit.

13. Give a descriptive heading to each row and column in a Table.

14. Include horizontal and vertical axis labels and axis titles for each Figure.

15. Show data "value" on Figures. For example, on a pie or bar chart, show the value corresponding to each slice or bar.

16. Remember: A table or figure must stand alone. That means a person should be able to study it and understand readily what it reveals -- without having to read the paragraphs and written portion of the report!

17. Do NOT just lift a table or chart out of Excel and put it in your paper. Format to make them "user-friendly" and appropriate to have a professional-looking report -- even if it means that you must re-type the information to make it look right:

Align column headings and column entries,

Change the column and row headings (variable names) to be meaningful to the reader

Put borders around the table and around cells,

Scale the size of tables and figures so they are easily legible for the reader

Remove any parts/information that is not useful to, or not addressed in, your report. For example, if skewness is reported by Excel, but it does not relate to your discussion, do not include it in the report.

21. And very importantly, don't lie with statistics! For example, if you are comparing average profit for stores which deliver and those that don't deliver, make sure the two bars start at $0 (or at the same number) so the height difference of the two bars will be meaningful and does not visually deceive the reader.

Someone posted one chart/graph they made and was a bar chart so maybe make one similar in type like bar chart also or whatever you think works best to portray the data is likely the best choice. colors we will use are yellow and red or something pizza related if you want to use those or I will alter it if needed.
