Hi. I am reviewing the floating point topic.

I know with different machine ( 12bits, 16bits, 32bits, 64bits) is will have different answer.

But for now, can you explain and show me details how i can find a largest number in floating point of 12 bits ? ( 1 bit sign, 4 bits exponent and 7 bits mantissa) and I know there is not allow to be all 4 number "1" in Exponent right ?
